Here are some examples of technical content I’ve produced.
Keyavi
Wrote and edited all the technical documentation at docs.keyavi.com. This includes walkthroughs, user guides, administrative guides, deployment guides, installation guides, and API documentation. Wrote and edited all internal technical guidance for developers and professional services.
Facebook
Wrote and edited topics that helped people use the Marketing API to create and manage Facebook ads.
Microsoft
I wrote and edited marketing white papers, FAQs and technical content for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
I wrote the overview content and in some cases the user experience content for the Windows 2003 Support Tools.
I edited a majority of the Windows Registry Reference for Windows 2000 and Windows 2003.
F5 Networks
While at F5 Networks, I helped create the user experience for BIG-IQ, a management console used to manage F5 BIG-IP devices. I worked with an architect and other experts to identify and document the top customer scenarios. Here’s a video I created in that effort.
I worked with the user experience team to provide a seamless customer experience between the product and the technical documentation to support it. Here’s a Backup Management and Backup and Restore content I created.
Here’s an example of an article I wrote that walks customers through a common business case. This article was the first of its kind at F5 as it integrates videos. I wrote it as an example for other writers to follow.
NFT collection
